Valentine's Day Dinner at Greensboro National

5pm - Cocktail Hour

6pm - First Course: Grilled Wedge Salad Grilled iceberg wedge, heirloom tomato, cucumber, onion, tossed in honey-lemon vinaigrette.

6:20pm - Second Course: Carolina Shrimp and Grit Cake North Carolina shrimp (3), sautéed to perfection, atop an Anson Mills grit cake, served with a smoked tomato gravy.

6:40pm Third Course: Steak or Salmon Petite fillet, charbroiled your way, served with garlic mashed potato, grilled asparagus, and a bordelaise sauce.
OR Grilled Salmon served on a bed of orzo pasta, with a blend of roasted winter squash and blistered tomato.

7:15pm - Dessert: Chocolate Mousse
