6pm - First Course: Grilled Wedge Salad Grilled iceberg wedge, heirloom tomato, cucumber, onion, tossed in honey-lemon vinaigrette.

6:20pm - Second Course: Carolina Shrimp and Grit Cake North Carolina shrimp (3), sautéed to perfection, atop an Anson Mills grit cake, served with a smoked tomato gravy.

6:40pm Third Course: Steak or Salmon Petite fillet, charbroiled your way, served with garlic mashed potato, grilled asparagus, and a bordelaise sauce.
OR Grilled Salmon served on a bed of orzo pasta, with a blend of roasted winter squash and blistered tomato.

Entry Fee $55 + $20 Prize fund Optional Team Skins $20 per team(Cash Only); We will split the pot for skins. ½ will be for the full field and the other ½ within your flight once it has been finalized.

Flights will be determined once all scores have been entered.

Format 2-Person Team Event - Captain’s Choice Players will both hit tee shots and select the best drive. Continue this process until the ball is holed. You may improve your lie one club length no closer to the hole, and it must remain in the same condition.
